I was fishing the Upper Rio Santa Barbara today, and on the way out saw snow on the Truchas Peaks:

Yeah, I thought I saw snow on the peaks across the valley from LA! Fingers crossed for El Nino winter!

That was kind of a cold night for July in the Ski Valley, I was thinking there may be some snow somewhere. My friend reported graupel-like precipitation near Bull of the Woods Pasture that evening
