Same here, I have made several calls to the recreation managers, all leading to voicemail and they have yet to respond. I also emailed Eric Garner with the Carson National Forest a couple times with specific inquiries and have not received a response yet.

From the Carson PIO

"_____, sorry I've been out of town. I would email James Duran at jdduran@fs.fed.us. He's the forest supervisor. I've tried to get jack Lewis and Eric to give you the answers you are looking for but no luck. Jack is the district ranger. "

I was contacted by the Carson NF yesterday, they are willing to set up a meeting and discuss these matters in the near future. I don't know if they like or agree with what we are saying, or if we will like their stance and interpretations of the laws regarding access, but they are willing to meet in person and talk, that's what matters now.
