problems with database

Postby Bob » Sat Jan 03, 2009 11:10 pm

Hi all,

I have two reports that have been submitted for the data base - one from Steve M and one from John Savickas, but I can't seem to get them entered into the data base under "Snow Reports"

We're going to have to get our crack webmaster Mark on this and see if we can't get it straightened out. Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks for your patience.

Bob

Update: It looks like the lack of a "2009" on the submission drop-down form is key to the problem. We'll get that straightened out.

Fixed! Let's have a round of applause for our ace webmaster Mark!

Or we could just have a round.

Anyway, snow reports should be working fine now.

Ok, here's the skinny.

Things should work as long as you have the most recent page loaded when submitting a report. To ensure this, hold down the shift key when clicking on the 'submit report' link. If you want to be sure, click the 'submit report' link, then hold down the shift key and click your refresh button. This should reload the most current version of the submittal page.

Sorry for the confusion. Meth's a hell of a drug.
