BMG Avi courses for 2018-19 New AIARE Curriculum

Winter Season Courses

Dates: 2018-2019

AIARE 1 : $395 Taos Ski Valley, NM at the Edelweiss Lodge and Spa.
AIARE 1 Rec (three day course – be sure to check the rescue courses adjacent to the Avi courses)
Taos Ski Valley, NM at the Edelweiss Hotel

Dec 7-9
Jan 7-9
Jan 13-16 (Closed course)

AIARE 2: $450 Taos Ski Valley, NM at the Edelweiss Lodge and Spa.

Level 2 (mandatory to have a current Rescue Course prior to AIARE L2 course)
Taos, NM at the Edelweiss Hotel.

Jan 11-13
March 22-24
RESCUE COURSES $125 Taos Ski Valley, NM at the Edelweiss Lodge and Spa (a prerequisite to AIARE L2 course).

Folks asking me about the conditions in the Taos area, here's a video that pretty much sums it up. I'd say she did a pretty good job on her first round. The slope wasn't even 30 degrees...for a reason. Other reports of AS triggered avis are out and about. Take care out there.

Looks like this info could be extrapolated to the region after yesterday's avi incident in Nambe.

Really good courses this year! Thanks to those who supported BMG this year.
We hope that the information and techniques taught with the new AIARE Curriculum will serve our students well.
